As a result of a POC (Proof of Concept) conducted by VisionInnovation with a major domestic automotive parts manufacturer, the defect rate was reduced from 4.7% to 1.1%, while production increased 1.8-fold. Additionally, the use of dryers was reduced by more than half without pre-drying, maintaining the same level of quality. This demonstrated the effects of power savings, waste reduction, and cost savings. Kang Hyunsik, CEO of VisionInnovation, explained, "This is a solution that not only improves manufacturing efficiency but also helps companies practice RE100 and ESG management."

Based on these achievements, VisionInnovation is expanding its market beyond Korea to Vietnam, China, and Europe. The company is currently discussing cooperation with a global polymer materials firm in Europe. In November of this year, it participated in BIBAN 2025 held in Saudi Arabia, drawing significant interest from Middle Eastern enterprises. Next year, it plans to participate in CES 2026 to further expand its contact points with global buyers.
