VisionInnovation Co., Ltd. (CEO Kang Hyunsik) announced its participation in 'BIBAN 2025,' which will be held at the Riyadh Front Exhibition & Convention Center in Saudi Arabia from November 5 to 8 (local time).

VisionInnovation is a company that develops technology to reduce energy consumption and carbon emissions in the manufacturing industry by efficiently managing moisture and gas issues that occur during the plastic injection molding process. Since its establishment in 2022, the company has been self-designing and applying intelligent gas vent nozzles suitable for factory environments. In 2025, it is actively communicating with universities and corporations in Germany for European market entry and technology verification.

The company currently holds six domestic patents and one international PCT application, and is progressively expanding the commercialization potential of its technology through PoC verification collaborations with automotive and electronic component manufacturers. VisionInnovation plans to continue focusing on developing smart manufacturing technologies that meet both the productivity and environmental responsibilities of the manufacturing industry.

The Vision Nozzle, VisionInnovation's main exhibit at this event, is a '3-in-1' carbon-neutral solution that replaces the drying process, improves defect rates, and expands the use of Recycled Material(PCR) all with a single nozzle. By directly removing moisture and gas in the pre-injection phase, it reduces energy consumption and contributes to carbon emission reduction. Furthermore, it enhances the sustainable manufacturing competitiveness of enterprises by simultaneously improving productivity and reducing costs through dryer downsizing and process optimization.
